Accepting these terms

By downloading or using Telcino Tire ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live.

What the app provides

Telcino Tire lets you look up tyre and wheel options by vehicle make and model, filter results by size and brand, add products to a cart, place an order and follow its status to the delivery point. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Fitment and product information

Fitment suggestions are based on general manufacturer data for the make and model you select. Vehicles can differ by year, trim, factory options or later modifications.

Product photos, specifications and stock levels are provided in good faith but may contain errors or change without notice.

Orders, prices and payment

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted only when the order is confirmed.
• Prices, availability and delivery fees are shown before you confirm. If an obvious pricing error occurs, the order may be cancelled and any payment refunded.
• Payment, where required, is handled by the seller or its payment provider. The app does not store card details.
• You are responsible for giving accurate contact and delivery point details.

Delivery and tracking

Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees. Tracking statuses reflect the latest information received from the order system and may be delayed. Please collect your order from the delivery point within the stated collection window. Uncollected items may be returned to the seller.

Returns and cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships by contacting support. Returns of unused, unmounted products follow the seller's return policy and any statutory consumer rights that apply where you live. Tyres or wheels that have been mounted, driven on or damaged after delivery may not be returnable. Nothing in these terms limits your non-waivable legal rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app. This includes placing fake or fraudulent orders, interfering with the app or its servers, scraping data at scale, reverse-engineering the app beyond what the law allows, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The app's design, code and Telcino Tire branding belong to the publisher or its licensors. Tyre and wheel brand names and logos belong to their respective owners and appear only to identify products. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by incorrect fitment, improper installation or use of products outside their rated specifications. Our total liability relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer or seller.

Changes, ending and contact

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. If you keep using the app after an update, the updated terms apply. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend access in cases of misuse. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
