Privacy Policy for Telcino Tire
Telcino Tire helps you find tyres and wheels for your vehicle, place an order and follow its delivery. This policy explains what information the app handles and why. In short, the app collects as little as it can.

Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the Telcino Tire mobile app, published by Isabella Dalton ("we", "us"). It covers how the app handles information while you browse tyres and wheels, place orders and follow deliveries. If a seller or delivery company handles part of your order, its own privacy terms also apply to the information it processes.
What stays on your device
The following is saved in the app's private storage on your phone and is not uploaded to us:
- The vehicle make and model you select
- Your size and brand filters and recent searches
- The contents of your cart before you place an order
- Your order references, so you can reopen the tracking screen
If you uninstall the app or clear its storage, this information is permanently deleted from your device.
Information you provide when ordering
To create an order you enter details such as your name, phone number or email, and the delivery point where you want to collect or receive your tyres or wheels. These details are used only to:
- create the order and confirm the selected products and quantities
- pass the order to the seller or delivery partner fulfilling it
- contact you if there is a problem with stock, fitment or delivery
The app does not ask for or store payment card numbers. If an order requires payment, it is handled by the seller or its payment provider under their own terms.
How order tracking works
When you open the tracking screen, the app sends your order reference to retrieve the current status (for example "prepared", "shipped" or "ready at delivery point"). It does not track your location. Delivery status comes from the order system, not from your phone's GPS.
What Telcino Tire does not do
- No third-party analytics, advertising or profiling SDKs
- No selling, renting or trading of personal information
- No access to your contacts, photos or location
- No cross-app tracking and no advertising identifier
Standard technical data, such as IP addresses in server logs, may be processed briefly while order and tracking requests are handled. It is used only to keep the service working and secure.
How long information is kept
Order details are kept only as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle returns or warranty questions, and meet legal record-keeping duties (for example, invoicing requirements). After that, they are deleted or anonymised. Information stored on your device stays there until you delete it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information related to your orders, or to object to how it is used. Email isabella.dalton82@gmail.com with your order reference and we will respond within 30 days.
Children: Telcino Tire is meant for vehicle owners and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If the app's handling of information changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will also be announced in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated policy applies.
